Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Is this a physical product or a digital product?
    • The Organized Life Planner is a digital product, which means you get immediate access to the files to download and print at home! No waiting around for your planner to arrive in the mail – you get it within seconds of ordering!
  • How do I print my planner?
    • You can either print your planner at home, or send it out to an office supply store. (Printing at home is much more cost-effective. I do not recommend sending it out.)
    • If you choose to print at home, you’ll want to use the two-sided feature on your printer. If you do not have a two-sided feature on your printer, you’ll want to print the ODD pages first, and then flip them over and print the EVEN pages next. Be SURE to try a few pages out first, to make sure you know how best to line up the pages!
    • Detailed printing instructions are included with the planner itself.
  • What type of paper should I use to print my planner?
  • How should I bind my planner?
    • You can use a fun 3-ring binder to hold your planner.
    • You can take your printed planner pages to an office supply store and have them coil-bind it. (This costs around $4-$6, and is my preferred method.)
    • You can use the ARC system from Staples to bind your planner using discs. (This is a great option if you want the ability to add or remove pages, but probably the most expensive.)
  • How big is the planner?
    • You can size the planner down to whatever size you’d like using your own printer, but at full size, it measures 8.5 x 11 – a standard paper size. The easiest sizes to print are either full size, or half size.
    • There are around 224 two-sided pages in a complete planner, so depending on the thickness of your paper, and/or how many add-on Planner Packs you want to include, you may want to split the planner into two sections.
  • How did you put your own planner together?
    • I printed at home, using Hammermill 28lb paper. I printed the front and back covers on cardstock, and laminated them to create a more sturdy planner. Then, I took it to an office supply store where they coil-bound it. I actually had them bind it in two 6-month sections, to make the planner a little more manageable to carry in my purse and keep on my countertop.

I have just started using the planner. I tested it out during the month of December. I love it. I have yet to make use of its full potential, but that is what’s neat about it. You can add to your planning and improve as you challenge yourself to reach your own goals. Some of my starter goals are “simple” like getting the housework done regularly. I hope to advance to loftier goals. 🙂 I have more hope now with this planner to help me keep focused.

Overall, I really love this planner. I love that it has an area to really map out your week, and since I just started using Power Sheets this year, I’m particularly tickled that it works so well with those. My only issue – and really it’s my issue – is that I’d probably prefer a full page for each day. I know that would make the planner substantially bigger which may not be practical, but last year, I had a full page for my daily stuff. So, going to a half page has been a bit of a transition for me. I love all the stuff that is included in the daily sections – just my personal preference (as someone who is almost to the stage of reading glasses – that those daily sections were full page size. Overall, a really great, complete planner that is pretty flexible for your needs! 🙂

I’m obsessed! I have been looking for a planner that is specific enough to keep me in line but vague enough to allow me to make adjustments for my life. THIS IS IT!!!!! This year I spent 60.00 on another planner and haven’t even used it at all. i wish there was an option to order it already bound since it took a LOT of paper, but other than that it is great!

I love my planner. This is my first planner ever and I’m grateful that I chose the OLP. I’m thrilled that I can order it and print it myself. Shipping is not always so reliable to Africa 🙂 I agree with Christy that it is specific enough, but also vague enough so I can make it work for me. Thanks, Kayse!

I keep this one open on my counter at home for my at home command center. My favorite parts are the goal pages and reflections to help me keep me living intentionally. And the little water counter reminds me to stay hydrated! The rest space reminds me I need rest too.
It is a lot of pages, so I haven’t printed the whole year yet and I keep the current pages in a binder. For the second 6 months I might get it bound.

I have been using the Planner since Dec. 2016. I also have two planner pack add-ons and am taking Full advantage of this planner and all it has to offer. Being a District Manager of a $250 million company and a mother to a toddler – I am always on the go and super busy down to the minutes of the day. This planner has been one of the best tools to starting the year off on a better / healthier routine for my son and myself.

I love my new planner!! I love the versatility of printing yourself. I love the way it has a daily, monthly and a weekly view. I love the weekly activity section, it’s my favorite. I would recommend this planner to anyone! It’s vague enough to fill it in how I’d like and it’s not too much! Good job Kayse!

Out of all the planner I have used, this one is by far the best for me. I love the simplicity, the design, and digital factor so I can print what I want; size and quantity.

I printed the planner and started using on January 1st. So far I love it. The days are broken down which helps me break down my day into small doable chunks. The downside is that the planner is huge, but that is also a plus in some ways because I have plenty of room to write and don’t get lost in my own scribbles. It’s only been a few days but so far the journal has definitely helped me maintain focus!

I’ve struggled for years to find an organization system that works for me– most of the planners I’ve tried either have too little space or a lot of pages that I just have no need for. I’ve been using this planner for over a month now, and it’s the first one I’ve been able to stick with since my high school student planner! The print at home feature is great, because it allowed me to really customize it for my own family’s needs. And I still had plenty of ink left in my cartridge after printing the entire year!

Love this planner! The only downside is that I had to spend $65.00 (after a coupon) to have it printed and bound. (I am unable to prints large amounts at home.) but honestly, I think it’s going to be worth it. I have used Passion Planner for the past 2 years, but I like this planner better for my current season (being a mommy to an 11 month old. ) This format makes my small goals feel as important as they truly are! And I LOVE the water tracking section.

I love the Organized Life Planner! Kayse gets how mom’s minds and days work! I especially love the Weekly Checklist that I can use to develop habits (and not have to clutter up my daily to-do’s). She also includes lots of extras like goal setting worksheets, notes pages, shopping lists, a weekly look back, and more! I would definitely recommend this planner to others!

I started using my planner on Monday and I love it! I write down what I need to accomplish and it brings me joy to cross those things off my list. I also like the weekly reflection. It’s like my personal gratitude journal.

I am loving my planner. It has really got me organized and focused on what matters. I printed out the first 6 months at home in black ink (I really loved the color but couldn’t afford the ink) and had it bound at office max. I’ll do the same for the remaining 6 months around June so it’s ready to go!
My only thing is the grocery list. I love it but would love one per week, however, I think I might try to shop 1x a month and see how that goes!
The water log is extremely helpful and the weekly goal box is too!!
    Love it!!!

I have been using this planner almost 6 weeks and I absolutely love it. It saves a lot of time when planning because the spaces are all there for the different things I wan to map out. I don’t have to think about it; just fill it in! It has enough space to make a decent list without letting me plan too much each day. I have tried a thousand different planners, but this one is a true winner.

It was awesome to find a planner with a unique layout that actually worked for my life. Paired with a few of the packs, it was 2017 perfection. I printed it at home and use an arc notebook to bind it.

I absolutely love the detail, design, and features this planner offers. My problem is the size of it- I am a real estate broker, and I need to have it with me constantly to make appointments and keep on track thru the day. If you would consider a size the is more portable-and esp if you offer it already printed and bound I believe you have the best planner out there!

Hi Julia! I’m so glad you like the planner. I’m wondering if you’ve tried printing it half-size? That might solve your size issue!

I love it! Finally all my lists are in one place. No more losing post it notes. I printed it half size in 2- 6 month sections and coil bound it. It fits perfectly in my purse. The Facebook group is also helpful to get ideas on how to use it. I love that is printable so I don’t have the additional cost of shipping to Canada.

I really like this planner. I printed it off as a half size booklet, cut it and put it in a binder. I love that I can move pages around and that it gives me structure to map out goals and plans. I am looking forward to using it this year.

I have not purchased the planner yet but would love to have it. My only problem is needing to print the planner pages, what are the possibilities of having a printed version for sale with fillers also available as needed?

Printed versions will be offered on this next launch! Late May 2017. 😉

This planner rocks! It has it all! I just started using Power Sheets this year, so I’m loving how easy it is to incorporate that goal-setting system into my daily planner. I’m also a big fan of Mystie Winkler’s Work the Plan system, and the built-in weekly and monthly review/planning pages are awesome for that! Somehow Kayse has created a planner that has enough structure to organize my thoughts and plans, with enough white space to let my thoughts flow freely.

I especially love the weekly/daily layout. So many planners do either one well, but not both. This is so unique and unlike any other planner I’ve ever tried. It just works with my brain and makes it so easy for me to plan out the little steps I need to keep making progress on my big goals.

I use my Google Calendar to keep track of events/appointments all the time, so i only print 3 months at a time, so it’s not too bulky and is light enough to carry with me every day.
