  1. Are the artichoke hearts seasoned and brined? I haven’t used canned before. I have frozen artichoke hearts I’d like to use but I’m wondering if I’ll need to add seasoning. Thanks!

    1. You won’t need to season any more – the other flavors will have it covered!

  2. Pasta + one-dish = 3 words that will always get my attention. This sounds and looks good except I will replace the artichokes with mushrooms 🙂

  3. Made this tonight! I am amazed because my 3 year old ate artichoke hearts – by choice – for the first time ever, after several times of previously trying and spitting out. (I don’t think she realized she has ever had them before). Thanks for the recipe!!

  4. Thanks Kayse,
I’ll have to see if we can get ground turkey (or we would call it minced turkey in Australia).

    Kayse,

I made something similar to your recipe once, it was chicken instead of turkey and spinach instead of artichokes and no pesto, I’m going to seriously make this for us for our Sunday brunch!

Yum! I feel like with artichoke hearts, a little goes a long way. Do they over-power this dish? I can’t wait to try this, even if I do only use 2/3 the artichoke to start. My mouth is watering just thinking about trying this recipe, though. 🙂
